Marlene has been recognized for her work with Fortune 500 Companies and Multinationals with whom she has forged long lasting relationships. Her resume includes a varied mix of Corporate, Hospitality, Aviation, and Financial Institution assignments.

Patrick O'Hare, IIDA, AIA

With over twenty years of experience in high profile hospitality design and brand positioning, Patrick O'Hare leads teams in the development of strategic solutions with an innovative edge. Patrick has directed strategic planning projects throughout the Americas, the Middle East and Asia and he is responsible for directing EDG's expansion in hospitality and related service sectors. Educated in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Australia, Patrick has a unique perspective on culture and a keen eye for design strategy as it applies in the global context. Award winning projects include restaurants and hotels in Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica and the Caribbean.

Hayes Slade, IIDA, AIA
Principal, Slade Architecture

In 2002, Hayes co-founded Slade Architecture and is a licensed architect in NY. In addition to the work at her practice, she teaches interior design at Parsons the New School for Design and serves as co-chair of the Interiors Committee of the NY chapter of the AIA. In 2010, Hayes was selected by the Architectural League of New York for the Emerging Voices program and she served as a juror for the program the following year. Hayes has also taught a design studio at Syracuse University School of Architecture and served on a variety of other design juries including AIA awards NJ Chapter and Electrolux Design Lab. Hayes brings an unusual, multi-faceted background to her design work. She has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in civil/structural engineering from Cornell University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business. Prior to Slade Architecture, Hayes worked at Arup in London and NYC, and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in NYC as well as Boston Consulting Group.
