IIDA/Contract Magazine Booth Design Competition

With our partner, Contract magazine, this competition recognizes outstanding creativity in booth design at NeoCon East each year. NeoCon East is a design exposition and conference for commercial interiors in North America and was held this year at the Baltimore Convention Center on October 28-29, 2009.

PURPOSE | To honor the originality of design, visual impact, effective use of materials and the outstanding use of space, color, texture, lighting and graphics in booths at NeoCon East.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS | Only exhibitors at NeoCon East are eligible to enter.*

JUDGING CRITERIA | Judging for the 2010 competition will take place at NeoCon East in the Baltimore Convention Center.*

AWARDS | Winners will be featured online in Contract Magazine, IIDA and the Merchandise Mart’s websites.

DEADLINES | The next IIDA / Contract Magazine Booth Design Competition will take place in October 2010. Please check back at a later date for more detailed information.

The Winner of the 2009 Competition

The 2009 winner of the IIDA/Contract Magazine Booth Design Competition at NeoCon East was chosen by judges J. Derrell Parker, FIIDA, President, IIDA Board of Directors and Mariann Schofield, IIDA, USAFSPC. The Creative Excellence Award was presented at NeoCon East in Baltimore, MD on October 29, 2009 to: OFS Brands. Their winning booth will be featured online by Contract magazine.
