Staying in Front of Your Customers

During the program, participants will: 1. Begin by reviewing business/marketing basics. The basics still apply, whether advertising, public relations or social media is being done. The "opening" will re-associate participants with timeless principles. 2. Determine your value proposition. Perhaps the most important part of staying in front of customers is deciding "what" to put in front. "Value" is the key, and the course will help you uncover your unique value. 3. Discover the tools that enable you to find your differentiation: what sets you apart. People buy things for only two reasons: to protect what they have, or gain something. The course will help you explore this idea and turn it into differentiation for business. 4. Learn how to stay in front of your customers. By applying proven tactics and advice on using advertising, direct mail, public relations and more, the program will provide a platform to build business.
