This course is designed to educate commercial and residential designers, specifiers, and architects about upholstery leather: how the material relates to sustainability, ecology and advances in greener technologies (chrome-free, reverse tanning); how to knowledgeably specify leather (qualities, performance characteristics, maintenance, health & welfare); and how to write an effective COL specification (quantities, embossing, strike-offs, CAL 117/113, etc.).
