The easy way to pay your dues
What is EZ Pay?
EZ Pay is a payment option that allows you to pay your IIDA Membership dues in easy monthly installments.
Does EZ Pay automatically renew my Membership every year?
Yes. Approximately two months before your Membership expires, we will send you an email notifying you that your Membership is about to be renewed. At this time we will advise you of any increase to the Membership dues.
Who qualifies for EZ Pay?
Any Professional, Associate, Affiliate, or Educator IIDA Member will qualify for EZ Pay. At this time we cannot accept Student or Industry Members under this program.
How much will be charged to my credit card each month?
This will be based on your Membership type. Please visit the Membership page on our website to find the dues associated with your Membership level. Divide your total Membership dues by 12 to calculate your monthly payment.
How do I sign up?
New Members should fill out the appropriate EZ Pay Enrollment Form and fax it directly to the IIDA Accounting department along with application and documentation at 312-379-5152 or 312-467-0779. Membership Dues will be prorated based on your join date.
Renewing Members should fill out the appropriate EZ Pay Enrollment Form and fax it directly to the IIDA Accounting department at 312-379-5152 or 312-467-0779.
Is there a fee to sign up for EZ Pay?
There is a one-time $20 non-refundable fee, which will be charged separately and up-front when you sign up for EZ Pay.
Is there a deadline to sign up?
Renewing Members must submit EZ Pay Enrollment Forms to the IIDA Accounting department no later than December 15, 2001. Any New Member can sign up during their application process.
What if my credit card is declined?
IIDA Accounting will contact you to verify the credit card on file or ask for an alternative number if your credit card is declined. If after two attempts we are still unable to process your payment, your IIDA Membership will be terminated.
Can I cancel my EZ Pay?
You can cancel EZ Pay at any time, but payments that have already been processed for Membership dues are non-refundable.
