Susana Covarrubias, IIDA 
Studio Director | Design Principal, Gensler

Susana is a Studio Director and Creative Director at Gensler, and has served as the Regional Design Leader for the Northwest Region. Over her 20+ years of experience, she has built a diverse portfolio including workplace, hospitality, retail, residential and building repositioning. Her early career began in Chile, where she founded her own firm, following her graduation from Universidad de Chile Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo. Her work eventually led her to the United States, where this unique perspective and cultural background has infused her work. This is evident in the 25+ design awards and more than 35 articles authored by her or published about her projects. Susana has also served as a guest lecturer and adjunct faculty member at both local and international universities and colleges, and is a regular participant in local student mentoring programs.

Patricia Rotondo, IIDA 
Design Principal, Chipman Design Architecture

Patricia Rotondo, IIDA, brings a global presence to her position as Design Principal heading the Interiors Studio of Chicago-based Chipman Design Architecture. Charged with directing the interior design concepts of the firm’s clients, she adds a dramatic aesthetic to international brand programs in hospitality, restaurant, and retail. Rotondo is an engaging, inspiring presenter at industry events throughout the country, and her contributions as a juror in major international design competitions are much recognized. A registered architect in Colombia, she holds professional memberships in the SCA Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos, IIDA, AIA, and ASID.

Adam Stover, IIDA, NCIDQ
Principal | Interior Architect, POPULOUS

As a Lead Interior Designer, Director of Product Development and Principal at Populous, Adam has played an integral role in reshaping the standard of interior and premium spaces within sports facilities across the county. He has an innate ability to design, direct, and contribute innovative spaces to projects around the globe, including unique premium spaces, brand activation and sponsorship spaces and retail and dining destinations. His passion for creating unique solutions for his clients has resulted in long-lasting relationships, with clients time and time again looking to Adam as their trusted advisor. He listens, understands and honors his clients’ brands and then, delivers forward-looking design solutions that elevate the experience and generate revenue. Named to the 2013 Building Design and Construction’s 40 under 40 class, Adam’s work and design philosophies have been included in the country’s top design publications. Respected for his expertise in the field, Adam has been asked to speak at numerous engagements including the Association of Luxury Suite Directors annual conference for the last five years. Named as the 2012 ten year alumni honoree for the College of Architecture Planning and Design at Kansas State University, he continues to play an important role at the university, residing as chair of the college’s interior architecture advisory board.
