Model Legislation

IIDA understands that legislation must always meet the unique needs of each state. However, it is important to have a national model as a reference tool for individual states. The NCIDQ, whose core purpose is to protect the health, life safety and welfare of the public by establishing standards of competence in the practice of interior design, publishes both Model Legislation as well as Model Rules & Regulations.
