NCIDQ Tuition Reimbursement Fund
Supporting IIDA Members as They Advance Their Career
With an inaugural gift from Mannington Commercial, this Fund offers IIDA Associate Members an opportunity to apply for financial assistance upon passing all three parts of the NCIDQ exam.

Guidelines
Only IIDA Associate Members in good standing are eligible to participate.
Members who have taken and passed all required parts of the exam (administered in October 2009) resulting in NCIDQ Certification may request consideration for reimbursement.
IIDA will reimburse the Member upon verification that:
Applicant is an IIDA Associate Member in good standing
Written confirmation from NCIDQ of passing all three parts of the exam
Verification of payment by the Member for all three parts of the exam
In the event that a Member’s firm/employer pays a portion of the cost of the exam, the IIDA Member can still apply for reimbursement for the portion he/she has paid for.
Maximum reimbursement will be $830. Reimbursement amounts depend on whether the Member took all three parts at one time, or sat for the three parts at three separate exam times.
Members are requested to forward their documentation and application(photo copies are permissible, receipt of payment indicating member’s name, or a copy of the cancelled check both front and back sides are required for proof of payment) confirming the above listed items via US mail, fax or email to IIDA Headquarters by 5:00 P.M./CST Friday, January 29, 2010.
Upon receipt of complete documentation, the IIDA Member’s request will be placed with all others received by the stated deadline. The Foundation will award financial assistance to 5 (five) IIDA Members. The process for determining the recipients will be a lottery system. Members who have been selected will be notified in February 2010.
