Erin Cooper

Erin Cooper, IIDA, LEED AP BD+C
Senior Interior Designer


Erin Cooper is a passionate designer of sustainable workplace environments with more than 15 years of experience. As a senior interior designer at HDR, Erin has spent more than 10 years focused on commercial interiors and large-scale federal projects for the firm’s D.C. architecture practice. Erin believes that interior designers hold the key to the health and wellness of building occupants, a principle that she instills in her students at the University of Marymount. In addition to her work as an interior designer, Erin volunteers at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. She graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in environmental design for interiors and is a certified interior designer in Virginia.


Chesenia Burgos

Chesenia Burgos, Associate IIDA

As an interior designer at Stantec Philadelphia, Chesenia Burgos provides planning, programming, research, and design services to higher education and healthcare clients. A 2015 graduate of Philadelphia University, she previously served as co-president of the IIDA Campus Center and continues as an active member of the IIDA PA/NJ/DE Chapter assisting in event planning and coordination. In her spare time, Chesenia enjoys being active, traveling, and making a difference through a variety of volunteer opportunities.


Julianne Peters

Julianne Peters is an interior designer at Hellyer Lewis, Inc., where she works on corporate interiors projects throughout the United States and Canada. She received her bachelor’s degree in interior design at Thomas Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University), where she was co-president of the IIDA Campus Center. Currently, she is the Philadelphia City Center Director for the IIDA PA/NJ/DE Chapter. Julianne enjoys creating valuable programming for IIDA members and the design community in Philadelphia. She also leads the Philly Surf Crew's women's outreach initiative, organizes trips for the Philly Freeriders Ski/Snowboard Club, plays French horn in the Philadelphia Freedom Band, and plays ukulele/bass in Little Scarecrow Duo.


Jen Keddie

Jennifer A. Keddie is a development manager at Aegis Property Group. As a development manager, Jen assists with projects under the direction of the partner-in-charge or associate from inception through planning, approvals, design, construction, and start-up/commissioning phases. Jen’s previous projects include Johnson & Johnson Corporate Campus Reorganization, McNeil Nutritionals Office Fitout, and Deutsche Bank Interior Renovation, Philadelphia.
