Polly LaBarre, Keynote Speaker

Polly LaBarrePolly LaBarre is a bestselling author, speaker, and entrepreneur who has worked for nearly 20 years to embolden and equip leaders in every realm of endeavor to make their organizations more resilient, innovative, inspiring, and accountable. As a cofounder and editorial director of the MIX (Management Innovation eXchange), an open innovation project, LaBarre is putting her passion for making the realm of human endeavor more productive, creative, and fulfilling to the test. 

A sought-after speaker, moderator, and interviewer, LaBarre has delivered hundreds of keynote addresses around the world and her writing has appeared in a variety of publications, including Fast Company, The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and The Huffington Post. Her most recent research centers around social innovation and sustainable capitalism — what it means to win when good is the new measure of great. She is the coauthor of the bestselling book Mavericks at Work: Why the Most Original Minds in Business Win, named a “Book of the Year” by The Economist, and was a member of the original team of Fast Company magazine.

Eileen Jones, IIDA, AIGA, SEGD, LEED AP ID+C, Principal & Branded Environments Global Practice Leader of Perkins+Will, has been crafting stories and experiences expressive of her clients’ brands and messages that resonate most with them and their clients. She teaches and learns in structured and unstructured environments, stimulates innovative problem solving with her teams, and engages partner teams to reach all-encompassing solutions through a process of continuous discovery. 

As Principal and Global Practice Leader at Perkins+Will, Jones has provided branded environments services to many leaders in the healthcare, education, corporate, and civic arenas globally. She leads strategic research, community cultural interpretation, brand positioning, and design development efforts and is frequently recognized for brand design excellence. She speaks regularly at many educational and professional venues, advancing the ideas of branded environments and the innovative stories that they tell.
