James Lee is an experienced designer with an impressive portfolio of luxury five-star hospitality projects on five continents. Maintaining an international reputation for creativity, he was recognized as an industry leader in Boutique Design’s BD18 awards.

Lee's signature designs include Langham Place in Qingdao, China, Skye Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan, The Ritz-Carlton in Saadiyat, UAE, and the InterContinental in downtown Los Angeles.

Under Lee’s leadership, LEO A DALY’s hospitality presence expands to Los Angeles, strengthening the firm’s commitment to clients throughout the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. 

Cristi MooreCristi Moore, IIDA, ASID
Senior Associate / Design Director / Co-Director, Hospitality Studio

Cristi Moore is a senior associate, design director, and co-director of the Hospitality studio at Gensler's Atlanta office. With over 20 years of experience in the luxury market, Moore possesses extensive knowledge of the design, construction, and operations for new developments, hotel and resort renovations, corporate repositioning, and private residences. 

She has a comprehensive background in all phases of design with a concentration in conceptual story-telling, finishes and materiality, design documentation, as well as presentation methods. 

Moore has worked with top global hospitality clients including The Ritz-Carlton, Hard Rock Hotels, Great Wolf Lodge, Westin Hotels, Loews Hotels, One&Only, among others. Her collaborative efforts have been award-winning and featured in Architectural Digest and Hospitality Design. She proudly serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Architecture Art & Design at Mississippi State University where she received a bachelor's in marketing and interior design. Building on her MSU education, Moore also earned a master's in design management and strategy from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Holly NixonHolly Nixon

Born in the United Kingdom and raised in Australia, Holly Nixon is a passionate professional with over 14 years of experience in interior design. She began her career working on large scale retail mall design throughout the Asia-Pacific region and relocated to Las Vegas to develop her expertise in the hospitality sector. With extensive experience working on a large variety of hospitality projects worldwide such as The Corona Resort and Casino in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, where she led the interior design of all public areas including VIP gaming spaces, restaurants, and guest suites.

With a strong personal interest in travel and experiencing different cultures, Nixon brings an up-to-date knowledge of international design trends to the team, and is passionate about defining specific elements of a projects locality, culture, and influence and translating that into the narrative of the design palette.

Other major projects overseen by Nixon include Topgolf’s flagship in Las Vegas, a guest room remodel at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort, the design of Hakkasan Group’s VIP Lounge in Las Vegas, along with their Yauatcha Restaurants in Houston and Waikiki, multiple projects for MGM, renovation at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, and the Sandia Casino Resort, Spa & Pavilion.
