Todd Heiser

Todd Heiser, IIDA

Creative Director, Principal


Todd Heiser is a co-creative director of Gensler’s Chicago office. His leadership showcases more than 20 years of experience in next-generation design at the cutting edge of workplace strategies, and his commitment to conceptual and technical development transforms spaces for clients around the globe. Heiser’s design process champions partnership with his clients, which include Matter, Google, Kohler, Fourth Presbyterian Church, Le Meridien Hotels, and Nickelodeon. He is also a major design voice in reimagining Chicago’s Willis Tower and IIDA Headquarters. Heiser’s architectural background and visceral, experience-based interiors integrate materials, planning, and client-focused detailing. He was named Contract magazine’s 2016 Designer of the Year and Interior Design magazine’s 2015 HiP Leader for Workplace. Heiser holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture and a bachelor’s degree in interior design. He also received the Henry Adams Medal from the AIA.


Eileen Jones

Principal, Global Practice Leader


As principal and global practice leader at Perkins+Will, Eileen Jones provides branded environments services to global leaders in healthcare, education, corporate, and civic industries. Jones leads strategic research, community cultural interpretation, brand positioning, and design development efforts. She is frequently recognized for brand design excellence, garnering multiple awards with her project teams, and speaks regularly in educational and professional venues, advancing the ideas of branded environments and the innovative stories they tell.


James Kerrigan

James Kerrigan, IIDA, LEED AP ID+C

Design Principal of Interiors 


James Kerrigan has over 20 years of experience working internationally in Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States in the commercial, higher education, and science and technology sectors. As a design principal of interiors with Jacobs, Kerrigan frequently works with a talented team of interdisciplinary professionals. He is driven to develop outcomes that deliver design excellence and ensure that the functional goals of a project are realized. He values an inclusive and collaborative process that responds to the unique demands of each client. Kerrigan received a bachelor’s of applied science in interior design from Curtin University in Western Australia.
