Drew Dudley, Keynote Speaker

Drew Dudley is founder and chief catalyst of Day One Leadership helping global organizations increase their leadership capacity. His client list includes McDonald’s, DreamWorks Animation, JP Morgan Chase, the United Way, and more than 75 colleges and universities. Dudley's inspirational work helps people discover the leader within and his TED talk “Everyday Leadership (The Lollipop Moment)” has earned over five millions views. He redefines leadership as a characteristic that lives within us all rather than an elite few. He has spoken to more than 250,000 people on five continents, and has been featured on The Huffington Post, Radio America,, and Dudley's first book, This is Day One: A Practical Guide to Leadership That Matters debuted at No. 6 on The Wall Street Journal best-seller list.

Isabell Talbot

Isabelle Talbot is a principal at Ray Inc, a commercial interior design and project management firm were she was named partner in 2000. Originally from Quebec City, Talbot pursued design from an early age and now leads that aspect of the firm’s business. She brings to the role extensive expertise with product specification and strong relationships with a wealth of suppliers. Talbot has been a registered member of ARIDO for the past 30 years and strongly believes in the interior design profession and its continued efforts to obtain self-regulation status under the umbrella of the Architects Act. Fueled by engagement with the design community, Isabelle volunteers a lot of her time serving on various ARIDO GTA Chapter committees: Gutterball, Student career Xpress, Golf, Art by Designers, etc, as well as other organizations such as Corenet. She has also served as past-President of ARIDO GTA chapter.
